About the Role

As a Specialist Family Violence Practitioner, you’ll provide outreach case management to victim survivors of family violence, helping them navigate risk, safety, and recovery. You’ll work collaboratively with external agencies and advocate for clients to access the support they need to live independently and free from violence.


About You

You’re a compassionate and resilient professional with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work or related discipline (Rec 209)
  • Experience in family violence risk assessment, safety planning, and case management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • A commitment to best practice and trauma-informed care
  • A current Driver’s Licence and Working with Children Check (Employment category) are required.

The candidate will need to have successfully completed wayss pre-employment screening, including a police and identity check.
